RETURN POLICY
In the case you are not completely elated with your purchase, please notify us as soon as possible. Any unused, undamaged items will be happily accepted for exchange within seven (7) business days. Please note, we do not offer refunds. Orders may be canceled only within 24 hours of original purchase.
All Alligator bags, custom or made to order bags are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
REPAIR POLICY
Our products are made with the utmost quality. However, each piece is made by hand and let’s face it, things happen! Always reach out to hello@rorin.us for any repair or replacement inquiries. All custom and made to order pieces have a lifetime warranty and will be repaired at no charge along with a supplied shipping label. In stock purchases made within the last 5 years, will be repaired at no charge.After 5 years, there will be a repair fee to be determined per inquiry.
There are no repairs or replacements for sample sale. All sample sale items are final.
